Consultation Phase**
Talk about possibility of project. Discuss how a project is put togehter, discuss general costs, procedures, etc. Decisions made on general budget and time frame. Client decides whether to proceed with project with Westney Productions as producers.
Time: approx: 3-5 hrs
Equipment and supplied needed: cassette tape player, cassette tapes, telephone/fax, word processor and printer, stationery and business cards, postage.
